The game does not work! At some point it crashes or hangs up, is slow etc. What can I do?

If this happens, please contact us via support@classplash.com and explain the problem. Tell us on which device (model) and operating system you have installed the application (Windows, MacOS, iOS or Android) as well as the version of the application (you can see this in the options menu, e.g. it says “2.20.01”).
